He has high-level creative intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and 20+ years of on-the-ground and executive leadership experience at the intersection of music, entertainment, media, arts, and technology.
He is a music visionary who is always looking for new and innovative ways to create and share music. He is a music creative and music executive who has a deep understanding of the modern music industry. He has expert insight and knowledge of pop music and pop culture.
Mario's professional career began as a college marketing representative for Universal Music Group, the world's leading music company. He then worked in marketing with Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis, the most successful production duo in American music history and creators of Perspective Records, a joint venture with A&M Records. He landed that position following a chance meeting with Mr. Lewis at a Music Business Workshop and Concert at Prairie View A&M University.

Mr. Ewell is a collaborator who inspires creativity by working with senior creatives and business leaders to develop distinctive and innovative musical concepts that challenge the status quo.
When asked why did he write the ORGANIC SOUL . . ., Ewell stated "I wrote this book to help people understand AI and how it can be used for good. I believe that music is a powerful tool that can help people learn about AI and how to use it responsibly. Music is a magical, mystical, majestic thing. Music has the power to transport us to another place, evoke strong emotions, and even change our behavior. Music can offer a much-needed sense of community and belonging. Music can also provide us with a way to express our deepest emotions and to connect with something larger than ourselves."
Mario holds the Bachelor's in Communication and the Masters in Community Development from Prairie View A&M University.
